Surgery involves removing andreconturing excess tissue, skin, muscle and sometimes fat fromthe upper and/or lower eyelids. It's best to check whether yourconsultant has undergone accredited oculoplastic training andregularly performs a substantial volume of ophthalmic plasticsurgery.
